Group of companies "Ataba" is pleased to offer for Your attention the appart-hotel, located in the Asian part of the city of Atyrau on the Azattyk Avenue house 111, in the central part of the city. On the 1st floor of the appart-hotel there is a lobby bar at the entrance on the right side, equipped with soft furniture, TV, and background music, here guest and his visitor can negotiate, drink coffee and other soft drinks, watch a football match with friends. Lobby Bar Capacity is up to 100 people. At the entrance on the 1st floor on the left side there is a restaurant «Metropole», where guests are offered breakfast, lunch and in the evening dinners with visitors.
Total number of apartments located in the hotel is 51 apartments and 5 standard hotel rooms. All apartments, lobby bar and restaurant are covered with Wireless System Wi-Fi, and a fire alarm system and fire alarm to the control of guards which is in a separate room on the 1st floor under the control of the security services. The fire hydrant is brought to each floor. Also, the entire building is covered with digital video surveillance system, which consists of 27 cameras, with the possibility of increasing the number of cameras that are under the control of security experts. Each apartment is additionally equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers. In the event of an emergency of shutdown of the building from water and electricity the supply of water is available for 40 000 liters, as well as a backup diesel generator with 1200 kW, which is being fully controlled by the hotel employees. In the case of disconnection of gas, boiler room of the hotel is equipped with a diesel burner, which provides an uninterrupted supply of heat and hot water. Also, in the event of repair work there are always technicians on duty at the hotel. The corridors of all floors, and the kitchens of all apartments are provided with forced ventilation. The appart-hotel apartments are cleaned daily, except Sunday, as well as two-time change of linen per week. It also offers laundry services.
There are laundry facilities (laundry and ironing), services of product delivery of the restaurant and bar in the room by order, the mini-bar in each room, fire protection, video surveillance, 24-hour security guard on the perimeter and inside the hotel building. In addition each apartment has a fire escape outside.
The Security Service of the hotel, being a 24-hour security, is available. Next to the building there is SPA center, where SPA services of Thai massage, therapeutic massage, swimming pool, Turkish and Finnish saunas and a fitness room are offered.
